Anxiety today is such a huge issue with so many people suffering and sometimes not being able to put a name to it. This can be very unsettling.
Most people experience feelings of anxiety at some stage in their life, perhaps when facing a challenging event, grief or a significant life change.
For some people these feelings will pass, however for others the feelings of anxiety do not go away and have a significant impact on the individual's life.

OVERTHINKING
